Mosel

 台湾茂矽电子股份有限公司设立于一九八七年一月八日，同年四月三日开始营业；一九九○、一九九一年陆续购并美国茂矽与美国华智公司，于一九九五年完成股本大众化之目标，股票正式于台湾证券交易所挂牌上市。

Mosel Vitelic Inc. was established in 1991 through the merger of MOSEL Ectronics Taiwan Inc. (which had been established on January 8, 1987, and began operations on April 3, 1987) and US company Vitelic Corporation. Mosel Vitelic was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in September 1995.
